OCworkbench has a review for a Taiwanese mobile phone, TCC Q285.
QUOTE Q285 is the world first 4096 colours display mobile phone equipped with triband GSM 900, 1800 and 1900Mhz. Its folding design is very similar to Motorola phones and it has a lightweight of only 91g. On top of that, it also supports WAP, EMS, Wallpaper, Caller ID pictures. The package also comes with full supporting software and cables for easy manipulation of the phone book and downloading of MMF polyphonic (MIDI like) songs to the phone.
